RULES OF THE ROAD

Important Rules of the Road: A rented motorcycle is provided as part of the trip package. The images of the motorcycles on the website do not always represent the exact version of the motorcycle that will be provided. If and when necessary, EVENTOURS TRAVELS LLP reserves the right to substitute the motorcycle confirmed to trip guests. This includes but is not limited to, mechanical failure, collision damage, and theft. Should EVENTOURS TRAVELS LLP not be able to replace a confirmed motorcycle with the confirmed type or similar, a prorated refund for the difference in models will be refunded to the participant.

In line with the terms of the local partners that EVENTOURS TRAVELS LLP uses a request for a trip date change will be seen as a cancellation with the above amounts refunded depending on when the date change is requested. So for example, if the client requests a trip date change between 30 and 10 days before the original trip start date, they will forfeit 50% of the original trip price and will be required to pay 100% of the new trip price. This policy is in place to cover the charges incurred in planning and booking resources for each trip.

EVENTOURS TRAVELS LLP assumes no responsibility for loss, damage or delay in delivering luggage to trip guests. Luggage turned over to EVENTOURS TRAVELS LLP for transport each day is done so at the guest’s own risk. Luggage insurance is recommended.

Up to 30 days prior to the start of the trip, EVENTOURS TRAVELS LLP reserves the right to cancel the trip if the minimum number of guests has not been reached – even if guests have booked and fully paid by that time. In the case a trip is cancelled before the start date, 100% refund* will be paid to the guest. EVENTOURS TRAVELS LLP is not liable for any additional costs or losses incurred by the guest due to the cancellation of the trip because of a lack of participation. This includes, but is not limited to, the cost of airline tickets and visas.

Urgent Rules of the Road: Once a trip has started, situations may arise that in EVENTOURS’s opinion make it necessary to cancel, advance, or postpone a scheduled trip, change the itinerary or make substitutions regarding hotels, destinations, and any other travel arrangements. In such an event, EVENTOURS TRAVELS LLP will not assume responsibility or liability for any resulting losses, expenses, or inconveniences. The full trip price will be refunded* should the trip be canceled prior to the scheduled departure date. EVENTOURS TRAVELS LLP is not required to make any refunds once a trip has commenced regardless of the reason why a participant is unable to complete the trip.

Guests on an EVENTOURS TRAVELS LLP trip are expected to comply with local laws and respect local traditions. If a guest is deemed unruly and a risk to the safety of the group, EVENTOURS TRAVELS LLP reserves the right to cancel the contract and secure the rental motorcycle. EVENTOURS TRAVELS LLP is not responsible for further costs incurred by the guest.

Any photos and/or videos produced by EVENTOURS TRAVELS LLP or its representatives on a trip are the property of EVENTOURS TRAVELS LLP or its ancillaries. The copyright rests with JG ADV. EVENTOURS TRAVELS LLP can use this material for advertising and marketing purposes, including images where individual guests can be recognized, without any charge to EVENTOURS TRAVELS LLP from the guest for use of the material.

Guests are responsible for having passports that have a minimum of 6 months remaining on their expiry and securing the required visas necessary for travel. EVENTOURS TRAVELS LLP can advise on visa regulations and provide supporting documentation (itinerary and reservation confirmation).

EVENTOURS TRAVELS LLP is responsible for providing the services listed in the trip description. However, they are not responsible or liable for any accidents and reserves the right, to withdraw any part or all of a trip and/or to make the necessary changes. Any costs, if and where applicable, as a result thereof, shall be paid by the guest. Furthermore, it is agreed and understood that the owners, operators, and agents of this trip including EVENTOURS TRAVELS LLP are not the guardians of any guest’s safety. And hence cannot be held liable in any way for any occurrence connected to the operation or the guest’s participation on the trip which might result in injury, death, or other damage.
