We are committed to safeguarding privacy and maintain safeguards to protect personal information. By providing personal information to us, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. We may collect, use, and disclose your personal information as outlined herein. Privacy Policy on Personal Information

Personal information is information that relates to a living individual who can be identified from that information, or from that information and other information in a person’s possession, including any expression of opinion, whether true or not, and whether recorded in a material form or not, about an identified or reasonably identified individual, and any indication of intention in respect of an individual.

We collect personal information from you whenever possible, such as when you interact with us in person, over the phone, via mail, fax, email, or on our website. This includes when you purchase or inquire about travel arrangements, participate in competitions, sign up for promotions, subscribe to marketing materials, or request brochures and information. Additionally, we may collect your personal information through surveys or feedback you provide. We may need to obtain personal information from a third party, such as when someone makes a travel booking on your behalf. If this happens, we assume you consent to us collecting and handling your personal information according to this privacy policy. Please notify us immediately if it is shared without your consent.

We collect personal information necessary for travel arrangements, bookings, and related services. This includes your name, address, contact details, payment information, passport details, dietary requirements, and health issues. We may also collect personal information when you contact us for other purposes, such as competition entries or responding to inquiries. This information is used for the business activities of Eventours Travels and its related entities, including processing transactions.

We may collect sensitive personal information from you, such as race, religion, criminal record, and health data. This information will only be collected with your consent and if it is necessary for our functions or activities, such as making travel arrangements on your behalf. By providing us with sensitive information, you agree to its use for the specific purpose it was collected for. For instance, if you share health information for a travel insurance application, you consent to us using and disclosing that information to arrange the insurance on your behalf.

When we book products and services for you, we usually do so as agents for or on behalf of travel service providers. This means that we usually collect personal information about you both for our internal purposes (e.g. to process your booking) and on behalf of the parties for whom we act as agents, for their internal purposes (e.g. to provide the booked services). Accordingly, the consent you provide under this Privacy Policy to the collection and use of personal information by us applies equally to the parties whose products and services we sell.

For example, if you purchase a flight from us, then under this Privacy Policy you will have consented to your personal information being provided to the airline to enable your flight to be booked. We act as agents for or on behalf of many thousands of travel service providers, so we can’t set out in this Privacy Policy all of the travel service providers for whom we act nor exactly how each of these travel service providers will use your personal information. If you wish to contact us for further information, please refer to the “Contact” section for feedback.

Where you contact us about a travel booking or query, the primary purpose for which we collect your personal information is generally to provide you with travel advice and/or to assist you with booking travel and/or travel-related products and services. However, the purpose for collection may differ depending on the particular circumstances as disclosed in this Privacy Policy.
